If you wanted an organizer this year and did not get one or are new, please download and fill out the Tax Organizer.
You may need to fill out a new W-4 or I-9 for your employer or need new employees to fill out a W-4 or contractors an I-9. Download a Copy here.
Form 2848 gives us permission to talk to the IRS on your behalf about any tax matters you may have.
Form 8821 authorizes us to access your IRS transcripts.
