About Us
Kenneth L. Thomet, CPA
Mr. Thomet has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1983 and opened his own practice in 2002.
He has held prior positions as the CFO for the US operations of an international plastic company, divisional controller for a national construction company, Senior Auditor for the international CPA firm Grant Thornton, and a Bank Auditor.
Mr. Thomet is a graduate of Western Michigan University earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
He is an active participant in our community and donates his financial services to support many organizations for our local youth.
He was a member of the Montgomery Lions Club and has also volunteered to serve as Treasurer for many other organizations that include the Montgomery County Cattle Barons Ball for the American Cancer Society, Lone Star Honor Flight, for which he has proudly served as a consistent Guardian, Project Guardian, Project Graduation Class of 2008 and 2012; and Leap of Faith, an Equine Assisted Therapeutic Riding program for the disabled.
Codi Pursley
Codi has worked with our team since August of 2017. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Technology from the University of Texas- Dallas. In a short time she has become irreplaceable as our Payroll and Bookkeeping Expert and assisting with all office and accounting matters.
Laura Bongfeldt
Laura, a dedicated member of our team since February 2021, is a registered IRS tax preparer with a Certificate of Office Accounting from our local Lone Star College. She spearheads the operational aspects of our office, overseeing internal processes, tax preparation, and day-to-day activities. With a multifaceted skill set, Laura not only manages our clients' tax needs but also extends her expertise to handle basic IT tasks crucial for office functionality. Her commitment lies in finding tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring their concerns are met with comprehensive support and expert guidance.
